This summer Perrone Group will conduct a series of FREE comprehensive half-day workshops designed to improve annual giving direct mail performance. Beginning in June, we will offer 7 of these workshops in locations across the country.

Each workshop is a fast-paced look at how to improve your bottom-line results. We will focus on the key elements required for direct mail success and provide you with countless tips and techniques you can easily implement to improve program performance.

Our agenda includes:
• Enhancing relationships with designers, printers, and mail-shops
• Techniques to get your envelope opened
• Reviewing successful direct mail appeals from other schools
• Ways to avoid typical production errors
• Developing an effective production timeline
• Copy writing techniques
• Ways to target younger alumni
• Meeting alumni participation goals
• Improving ROI
• Integrating direct mail with e-communications

Two ways to take advantage of this offer:

• Schedule workshop to be held at your campus exclusively for your staff. (10 person minimum)
• Host a workshop and invite the annual giving staffs of area schools to join you. (Min. 10 people – Max. 25)

Your only requirement? Provide a suitable meeting room and refreshments appropriate for the setting – we’ll take care of everything else.
