Here are a few exciting things happening at Perrone Group.

Attend or Host a FREE Direct Mail Workshop

Are you happy with your direct mail results? If not, you should plan to host or attend a FREE Perrone Group Direct Marketing workshop. Each summer, we offer half-day workshops designed to improve the performance of annual giving direct mail appeals.

This is NOT a sales-presentation - each session is an intensive hands-on discussion of tips, tools, and techniques designed to enhance results. They’re FREE - with absolutely no obligation. And, you don’t have to travel to another location – we come to you! All you have to do is provide a suitable meeting room and refreshments.

There are the two ways you can take advantage of this offer:

1. Request a workshop to be held exclusively for your staff and I’ll provide everything necessary for the workshop. (We request attendance be a minimum of 12.)

2. Unable to meet the minimum 12-person requirement? Invite area non-profits to join you. (It’s a great opportunity to network with nearby colleagues too!)

Attendance is limited to 25 and must be scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.

Our agenda includes:
• Enhancing relationships with designers, printers, and mail-shops
• Techniques to get your envelope opened
• Reviewing successful direct mail appeals from other schools
• Ways to avoid typical production errors
• Developing an effective production timeline
• Copy writing techniques
• Ways to target younger alumni
• Meeting alumni participation goals
• Improving ROI
• Integrating direct mail with e-communications
